Seeds of Hope Initiative is a youth‑led nonprofit organization committed to transparency, responsibility, and integrity in all financial interactions. Because donations directly support families and children in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, we handle all contributions with care.

Donation Refunds

Donations made to Seeds of Hope Initiative are generally non‑refundable, as funds are often allocated to program needs shortly after they are received.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Refund requests may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis if:

• A donation was made in error

• A duplicate donation occurred

• The wrong amount was entered

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation at:

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used.

Event Payments (If Applicable)

If Seeds of Hope Initiative hosts events that require payment for materials or participation:

• Refunds may be issued if you cancel at least 48 hours before the event

• Refunds cannot be issued after materials have been purchased or prepared

Merchandise (If Applicable)

If we offer merchandise in the future:

• Refunds will be available for defective or incorrect items

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item

• Items must be unused and in original condition
